The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at [email protected] as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.
If 20 days have passed after you placed your order and it has not arrived, we encourage you to please be patient. You can alway track your package by clicking here or contact us for support here.
DAFT SHOP is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
DAFT SHOP will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and…
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
DAFT SHOP reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
